Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev is scheduled to visit Oulu in Finland on December 9, said an official press release.
Prime Minister Juha Sipilä and his Russian counterpart will discuss bilateral relations between the neighbouring countries, among other things.
Other matters on the agenda include topical international questions. This is their second bilateral meeting, the press release added.
