  Russian military aircrafts started surveillance flights over the territories of Finland and Estonia on Sunday under the international Open Skies Treaty, news agency STT reported quoting RiaNovosti.   According to the Russian Defense Ministry, Russian fighter An-30B run the operation along with the officials of Finland and Estonia using Vantaa airport and Tartu Airports in Finland and Estonia.   The surveillance will continue till July 20 in this phase, said the ministry statement.   The Russian aircraft will cover a maximum distance of 800 kilometers and 1,400 kilometers respectively during the surveillance.   The ministry said that the surveillance plane will conduct flight on the routes decided ... details
