  A miraculous survival of two falling paragliding adventurers in southwestern Finland on Sunday triggered an investigation into their possible neglect of official ordinances of the sport.   Two middle aged men had been flying motorized paragliders over Paimio, southern Finland when their wings were entangled. One of the men managed to open a backup wing.
