The Espoo District Court on Tuesday convicted the chairman of Biohit board of directors, Osmo Suovaniemi for rape and assault.
He was sentenced to one year and six months of conditional imprisonment and 30 hours of community service.
The victims of the crimes were two different persons. Both the rape and the assault took place in 2013.
According to the court, the victim of the assault was pushed into a wall.
The convict denied the charges.
