Telecoms operator DNA is looking for business partners, reports Reuters.
The company has expressed interest to sell shares to other companies in addition to offloading shares on the stock market.
Finda is now the biggest owner of the DNA originally founded by a group of local telephone companies.
DNA offers cellular phone services, ADSL, cable television and regular telephone services. News agency Reuters said DNA was going to be sold to an investment company.
The price would be little less than a billion euro. Nordic Capital and a Swedish company, EQT, are interested to buy up the company shares while half of the shares could be sold in the Helsinki stock market.
