The Export Price Index fell by 2.1 per cent and the Import Price Index by 3.8 per cent in the year. The Basic Price Index for Domestic Supply went down by 0.6 per cent. The year-on-year change in the Basic Price Index for Domestic Supply, including taxes was 0.3 per cent.
From July to August, producer prices for manufactured products rose by 0.3 per cent. The rise was mainly due to increased prices of electricity and oil products from the previous month.
