The data of the Statistics Finland showed the cost of constructing building has increased by 0.6 per cent in the last August compared to that in the corresponding period of last year.
According to Statistics Finland, the prices of labour inputs in construction went up by 1.0 per cent, the prices of materials by 0.2 per cent and those of other inputs by 2.0 per cent from a year ago.
From July to August, the total index of building costs remained nearly unchanged.
The prices of labour inputs went down by 0.1 per cent, the prices of materials remained unchanged and those of other inputs went up by 0.6 per cent.
