The prices of labour inputs went up by 0.6 per cent and the prices of other inputs by 1.6 per cent from one year ago.
The prices of materials remained unchanged from the previous year.
The total index of building costs rose by 0.2 per cent from June to July. The prices of labour inputs and other inputs in July were on level with June, the data show.
The prices of materials rose by 0.4 per cent from the previous month.
