The electronic healthcare service platform Kanta experienced service disruptions on Tuesday.
It forced people who went to pharmacies to buy medicines through electronic prescriptions to return empty-handed.
The service disorder began at around 7:00 a.m. and ended at around 10:30 a.m.
According to the national social insurance institution Kela, the services were not completely cut off, but many people were found waiting at the medicine shops for resumption of the services.
