The Prime Minister, Jyrki Katainen will meet the President of France, François Hollande in Paris on Monday, said a government press release.
The focus of the meeting will be on key European Union issues, including issues that will be on the agenda of the June European Council - growth and employment, development of the European Economic and Monetary Union, the banking union, and ways of resolving the European economic crisis.
"I'm very worried about the EU Member States' slow economic growth and increasing youth employment. I intend to discuss the issue with President Hollande from the viewpoint of finding ways to make financing easier for SMEs so that they could offer more jobs. Katainen said in Helsinki recently.
The Finland Premier also expressed interest to hear Hollande's views on the Franco-German contribution for a stronger Europe of stability and growth, the press release added.
