Swedish Peoples’ Party in Finland (Ruotsalainen kansanpuolue-RKp) on Sunday re-elected Carl Haglund as the president for another term.

The party representatives made Haglund, also the incumbent defence minister as party president at a council held at Porvo.

Haglund has been serving as the president of the Swedish Peoples’ Party in Finland since June last year, when he replaced Stedan Wallin.

The council also elected Anna-Maja Henriksson, Päivi Storgården and Åsa Gustafsson as vice-presidents for the next term.
