Russians army planes have been suspected to violate Finland airspace and make an unauthorised entry into the Finnish territory on Tuesday morning, Defence Ministry sources said.

Two SU-27 assault fighters and two TU-22 bombers were flying in the morning. Two of the aircrafts reportedly entered into the Finnish airspace over the Gulf of Finland for a short time, said sources.

The hornets from air defence recognized the planes in the Finnish airspace, said the defence ministry source.

Earlier, on May 13, a Russian military aircraft also violated the Finland airspace when a AN-26 aircraft of Russian Military made the unauthorised entry into the Gulf of Finland.

The Russian authority claimed that the aircraft did not violate the Finnish airspace.

The Russian spokesman, Vladimir Drobyshevsky in May said that the aircraft did not violate the Finland airspace, although flown over the Gulf of Finland and made a course correction due to weather conditions.
