Stubb tops in debt list of cabinet members

The Minister for European Affairs and Foreign Trade, Alexander Stubb, is the most debt-burdened member in the present cabinet.
 
The total amount of the mortgage debt of Stubb and his spouse stood at EUR 684,000, while the mortgage debt of Prime Minister Jyrki Katainen was EUR 148,000 along with a summer cottage debt of EUR 118,000 with his spouse Mervi Katainen.

Public Administration and Local Government Minister Henna Virkkunen has a total mortgage debt of EUR 280,000 together with her husband, while Finance Minister Jutta Urpilainen has mortgage debt of EUR 181,000 with her spouse.
 
They also have a EUR 44,000 loan for car and renovation.
 
The mortgage debt of Economic Affairs Minister Jan Vapaavuori was EUR 150,000 for the purchase of his holiday home and its renovation.
