Two managers at a Helsinki Hesburger fast-food restaurant were found guilty of breaking into a Facebook account of an employee.
The two, one a shift manager and the other a field manager, had broken into one of the workers account and read a conversation that had taken place between the worker and an another employee.
The employee had logged into Facebook using a computer at the work place and two managers somehow managed to breach the account security.
The two were also accused of relaying one message to a third party.
The Helsinki District Court fined the two 30 day fines amounting 990 euros and 1,200 euros for violation of secrecy of communications.
The two were also ordered to compensate the victims by 500 and 800 euros.
