According to the document, Dutch Frans Timmermans is the vice president placed next to EC President Jean-Claude Juncker.
Katainen is placed fifth on the list that comprise seven EC vice presidents.
The former premier’s office however termed the document only a draft and said the hierarchy was mainly based on alphabetical and chronically order.
Timmermans is second on the list, because he acts as Juncker’s right-hand man.
Next on the list is Kristalina Georgieva, who is responsible for budget and human resource.
