FTimes-Xinhua Report, April 23

Five young men who allegedly raped a young woman near here in March will be charged for aggravated rape, local media reported on Wednesday.

The men have been reported to be of "foreign background." In initial reports they were profiled as Somalis and the information was not denied.

The alleged rape took place outside a suburban railroad station late evening.

The trial will begin in early May. Most of the suspects were no longer in custody and were expected to show up in court. Finland has no bail system based on cash collateral.

Finnish media code of conduct does not ban publication of nationality, if it is not done with defamatory intent.
