The Finnish security police Supo has claimed that recruitment by the extremist organisation Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) is becoming more transparent, reported a Finnish language daily, Turun Sanomat.
According to Supo's communication director who was interviewed by the newspaper, Supo has been made aware of increasing incidents in which recruitment attempts are made in public places such as shopping centres.
However, according to Supo, the recruitment activity in Finland is so far random and targets individuals.
According to the Finnish law, terrorism recruitment is a punishable offence.
