According to the Ministry's bill, the follow up of the prisoners after they are freed would last for two years and the goal is to prevent ex-prisoners from committing new crimes.
Approximately 30 to 40 prisoners deemed dangerous are held in prisons every year.
Other prisoners are set up for parole or are placed in probationary freedom as part of their sen-tence.
Dangerous prisoners complete their entire sentence in prison but afterwards they are granted complete freedom.
