The District Court of Central Finland on Friday dismissed charges against three Navy supervi-sors accused of workplace discrimination.
The prosecutor had called for fines to be imposed on the supervisors.
The Court held that the woman who was the complainant in the case was not discriminated on the basis of her health.
On the contrary, the employer built a workspace which was deemed suitable for the employee suffering from indoor air impurities.
According to the prosecution, the woman's official position was terminated due to incapacitation resulting from illness, according to the prosecution.
