A suspected rape occurred Friday night in Turku, said the police.

The alleged rape took place on the walking path in Mälikkälä near the Metsäkylä riding stables between 8 pm and 8:30 pm.

According to the police, a woman was walking on the path when an unknown man attacked her.

Police are looking for a Caucasian man, 180-190 centimetres tall who was wearing dark clothes.

The police have appealed for witnesses.
