The camp organisers on event website said rescue and medical assistance together with the authorities were promptly called in the scene and did their best to save the patient.
The camp is being held in Evo, Hämeenlinna. It started on July 20 and will run until July 28.
The victim’s family has informed of the camper’s death, and they have received crisis assistance.
Campers have also been provided with, as necessary, discussion and crisis assistance.
