The unemployment rate was 8.2 per cent, which was 7.9 per cent in November last year.
The number of employed persons was 2,422,000, which was 9,000 lower than a year earlier, the data show.
There were 9,000 fewer employed persons than in November of the previous year.
The number of persons in disguised unemployment in the inactive population was 12,000 higher than one year earlier.

The proportion of the employed among persons aged 15 to 64 stood at 67.3 per cent, having been 67.8 per cent one year earlier.
Men’s employment rate was 68 per cent and women’s 66.6 per cent. Adjusted for seasonal and random variation, the trend of the employment rate was 68.2 per cent.
At the end of November 2014, there were altogether 327,000 persons registered in accordance with the Employment Office Regulations as unemployed job-seekers with the employment and economic development offices.
The number of unemployed job-seekers was 31,000 higher than in November 2013, according to the data.
As per the data, unemployment increased from November 2013 area-wise at all Employment and Economic Development Centres, most in Ostrobothnia (16%), Uusimaa (16%), Satakunta (12%) and South Ostrobothnia (11%).
