Some ruling MPs abstained voting
FTimes-STT report, March 7

The main opposition keskusta (Centre party)  and perussuomaliset (True Finn) opposed the bill in the House where few treasury bench lawmakers were also abstained from the voting.

SDP law maker Kari Rajamaki was present in the parliament but did not participate the voting on the bill.
