A middle aged man has been charged with a number of accounts related to child abuse.
The man is alleged to chase girls on different websites and thereby succeeded in luring some girls to have meetings with him.
The man is charged among other accusations with three counts of aggravated child sexual abuse.
He was also charged with attempts to lure children for sexual purposes. In all, the man is faced with over 30 charges.
There are 26 victims, all girls between the ages of 12 and 15.
The crimes are believed to have taken place in 2012-2014.
The alleged acts were uncovered after one girl told her parents, who subsequently informed the police.
The case proceedings will begin at the Helsinki District Court in the middle of February.
