According to the court, the woman murdered her sons, two-and-a-half year old and another six-week old, by drowning them in bathtub in November 2014.
Although the mother was convicted of the murder, she was not sentenced to prison.
According to a psychological examination, the woman was irresponsible and remains in compulsory care.
The verdict said that the woman planned the murders while in hospital, only to commit them the day after she was discharged.
According to the court, the woman justified her actions by saying, among other things, that the older child had disturbingly retarded speech development.
According to the court's findings, this was not the case. The woman blamed herself and her husband.
The woman believes they were not sufficiently invested in education.
She was also concerned about the development of the baby, as well as harbouring economic worries.
According to the court, these were delusional concerns and the woman chose the method of murder on the grounds that the children would die with minimal pain.
She also planned to kill herself after the act by jumping off her balcony.
