Search continued on Wednesday for an 83-year-old berry picker who went missing on Monday in Näätämö, Inari.
The search was suspended on Tuesday at nightfall. No sign has been found of the berry picker.
He was last seen on Monday morning, when he went to pick lingonberries behind Nuortijärvi.
The search unit was staffed on Wednesday by about 80 people.
In addition to police, conscripts, Border Guard dog patrols and rescue volunteers from Finland and Norway are involved in the search.
The missing man is 170 centimetres tall, bald on top of his head, and has stubble. He was wearing green or dark clothing.
