The decision was a blow to Apple's US-South Korean competitor Samsung.
U.S. International Trade Commission set in June the ban on imports of some Apple products and Samsung's patent dispute between reason.
This was the first time since 1987,when the presidential administration was to prevent a similar ban.
Prohibition consisted mainly of products that are no longer on the U.S. market, such as the AT & T operator tailored to iPhone 4, iPhone 3 and the iPad 3G.
The decision was based on, among other others, that the ban would negatively affect competition and consumers.
Samsung said it was disappointed by the decision.
