The media company Sanoma plans major reductions in its operations in the Netherlands, the financial newspaper Het Financieele Dagblad said on Friday. 
 
According to sources, Sanoma plans energy-saving measures as well, news agency STT reported quoting Reuters.  
 
Telegram is expected to make public in cost-cutting next month. 
 
The sources said austerity measures designed to characterize the exceptionally high. Savings and potential sales are under consideration, according to the newspaper, in Russia, Hungary and Belgium. 
 
There are more than 100 magazines and online publications in the Netherlands. The company will be there for about 2,250 employees.
 
The company told STT that it did not have any comment on the magazine story.
