Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Leonid Kozhara arrives here on Tuesday on an official visit, said a government press release.

 

The visiting foreign minister is schedule to hold meetings with Prime Minister Jyrki Katainen, Speaker of the Finnish Parliament Eero Heinäluoma,  Parliamentary Foreign Affairs Committee Chair Timo Soini, and Director General of the Confederation of Finnish Industries Jyri Häkämies, in addition to his Finnish counterpart Erkki Tuomioja.

 

The main topics of discussion between the foreign ministers are reported to be the status of the forthcoming European Union Association Agreement with Ukraine and the Ukrainian chairmanship of the OSCE. 

 

The ministers also intend to discuss the EU relations in a larger extent, including the EU Eastern Partnership, human rights, and international and bilateral relations, the press release added.
