OsmoSoininvaara, the Vihreä Liito (Green League) member of parliament has criticised the lack of decision making needed in the current economic situation of the country.
Soininvaara, who became a member of parliament in 1987, announced last week that he will not contest the forth coming elections.
Soininvaara wrote in his blog that the citizens cannot be faulted because Finns accept difficult solutions.
He criticised politicians of fearing too much judgment from citizens and making watered-down decisions. In his opinion, there is something wrong with the ground rules in politics.
The Green MP was also critical of the mentality of labour market organization and termed it as old fashioned.
