A wooden house of approximately 200 square metres in Lohja was completely destroyed in a fire that broke out on Saturday.
The Rescue Department received notice of the fire before noon.
When the Rescue Department arrived, people had already evacuated the building, and no human casualty was reported in the incident.
The Rescue Department smoke divers rescued two dogs, but a cat died in the fire.
The reason for the origin of the fire could not be known immediately.
