One of the conscripts was seriously injured and was taken to the Satakunta Central Hospital in Pori.
The other six suffered minor injuries and were taken to the Kankaanpää health centre.
The Defence Forces, however, did not disclose detail about the seriously injured conscript.
The accident occurred as the servicemen were returning to the Niinisalo military barracks in a Land Rover Defender.
The conscript driving the vehicle lost control due to sand on the road and hit a roadside tree.
According to the rescue department, the vehicle was not carrying weapons or ammunition.
