    The Headmistress of a lower primary school in Hämeenlinna has been terminated on charges of misappropriating school funds during the last one year, reported the Hämeenlinna City News.   Päivi Raukko, the officer in-charge of procurement in the school, said the woman was suspected of acquiring various equipment and accessories as like carpets and lamps which were later found to be missing from the school.   Internal audits conducted by the school revealed suspicious receipts worth several thousands of euros after the authority began to suspect the headmistress of embezzlement.   According to Raukko, the school bought so many things that ... details
