The Russian state owned United Shipbuilding Corporation (USC) is set to receive complete ownership of the Arctech Helsinki shipyard, by buying the remaining 50% share of the shipyard from STX Finland, the company communication chief told media on Monday.
According to the reports of YLE and Finnish language newspaper Helsingin Sanomat, the company’s top communication official Aleksei Kravchenko however said price of the shipyard and the transfer date were yet to be finalised.
Earlier, a Russian business newspaper Kommersant reported that the USC was going to buy the complete shipyard.
The USC had bought half of Helsinki shipyard in 2010.
