Employees working for the bakery company Vaasan Group resorted to a day-long work stoppage on Sunday.
In total 66 employees took part in the strike to protest against the company’s decision to transfer its production site from Tampere to Vanta.
The workers also protested a decision to axe 11 employees.
The company justified its decision by claiming a change in customer purchasing behaviour due to decreased preference in packaged bread.
