Building costs were 1.2 per cent higher in November 2014 than the corresponding period of the year before, according to Statistics Finland.
The cost of labour inputs in the construction sector went up by 0.6 per cent during the period.
The prices of materials went up by 1.6 per cent and the prices of other inputs by 0.7 per cent from one year ago, the data show.
The total index of building costs remained the same from October to November period as in the previous month.
The cost of labour inputs also remained unchanged during the time.
The prices of materials went up by 0.1 per cent, and those of other inputs went down by 0.4 per cent from the previous month as per the statistics.
