The majority of Finns believe that the cost of housing is set to worsen in their own regions, a poll commissioned by the Municipal Development Foundation has found.
The majority of residents feared possible deterioration in the health and social welfare services as well as in the economic situation of the regions.
Almost half of the respondents, however, believe that trading and consumption services will improve in the future.
Under the poll, TNS Gallup interviewed over a thousand Finns in March.
