The working group on the foreign and security policy as on the EU policy is also winding.
The policies are scheduled to be made public on Wednesday.
Speaking at a press conference, Sipilä, who expected to be the next Prime Minister described the work as having progressed quite well.
According to Sipilä, the working groups have been working independently and thus there was no need of the party bosses to intervene on their work.
Sipilä revealed minor issues are still in progress on but confirmed the steering groups work has been seen and accepted.
Alexander Stubb, the chair of Kansallinen Kokoomus (National Coalition Party) said the accompanied papers seemed good in his opinion.
The talks to form the next coalition government continue today under the watch of new working group.
The entirety of the challenge, according to Sipilä is still ahead as the parties kick-start the economic adjustment process.
The three political party leaders were asked if they were ready to distribute the ministerial posts evenly between men and women.
A straight promise, however, was not made.
Sipilä said ministerial portfolios have not yet been discussed.
Both Stubb and Timo Soini, the chair of Perussuomalaiset (Finns Party) are of the opinion that competence rise above the question of gender.
