One person was killed and another injured, in a collision between a van and a postal delivery vehicle in Jyväskylä on Saturday morning.
The driver of the van died in the collision.
The accident occurred on Highway 4 about two kilometers north of Kirristä in Jyväskylä. The van, travelling north, veered into oncoming traffic and into the mail vehicle.
The van caught fire following the collision.
The driver of the mail car was injured and taken to the hospital.
There were no other passengers involved.
Traffic was stuck at the accident site for nearly three hours due to clearance work.
