The Turku Court of Appeal on Tuesday dismissed the charges against the accused persons in relation to Finnish defence company Patria Slovenian export project.
Four people were accused of aggravated bribery in connection with the Slovenian project.
The court dismissed the case due to lack of evidence on the bribery allegation as well as the prosecutor’s call to impose fine on Patria.
The District Court of Kanta-Häme had previously dismissed all charges against the four.
In its ruling last year, the District Court ordered the state to reimburse the defendants legal fees amounting over a million euros.
The prosecutors were, however, not satisfied with the District Court ruling and lodged an appeal.
