The charges of economic crime suspicions related to Air Finland bankrupt estate were dropped by the prosecution on Wednesday.
The six accused included the former Chief Executive Officer of the airline company.
The prosecutor made the decision not to prosecute on the part of all accused including the aggravated accounting offense and aggravated debt dishonesty because of lack of evidence.
Previously, two charges related to airline's package tour business had been raised but were dismissed as the prosecutor said the case had become old.
Founded in 2002, Air Finland filed for bankruptcy in summer 2012.
