The number of hate crimes last year remained at approximately the same level as two years ago, found a study conducted by the Police University College.
The police were notified of 1.3 percent less incidents of hate crimes in 2014 compared to that in 2013.
Last year, 822 offences classified as suspected hate crime investigation were reported compared to eleven more in 2013.
The majority of last year's reports in relation to hate crime once again had racist features and the most common offence was assault.
In 2014, the suspected cases of racism offence slightly decreased from 2013.
