The Espoo District Court on Tuesday sentenced five men to imprisonment for acquisition and distribution of amphetamine, while one was sentenced as an accomplice.
The police seized 12 kilograms of amphetamines from a geocache last November located in Kanta-Häme, and another batch of approximately two kilograms was confiscated in Helsinki.
The judgments were handed for aggravated drug offences and other associated crimes.
Jaanus Raidur, 32, received a sentence for eight years and six months, Invgar Parm, 26, for eight years, Mauno Poldma, 25, for eight years, Urmo Jaanhold, 29, for seven years and three months, Andri Aug, 30, for two years and six months, and Rando Lindenberg, 28, for two years, as an accomplice.
