Police suspect foul play

A badly injured man found at Turku harbour on Sunday morning is suspected to be a victim of hit and run, said the police.

The man found in Nuottasaarenkatu Street succumbed to his injuries despite immediate medical attention.

A white pickup was spotted at the scene before the man was found shortly before four O’clock in the morning.

The police have appealed for witnesses.
