According to the prosecutor, a man who owned half of the burnt industrial building started the fire himself and tried to make it look as if it was an accident.
The insurance company compensated the man over 750,000 euros and 1.7 million euros in total.
The man is charged with aggravated criminal damage as well as with aggravated fraud.
The case will be heard in the court this week.
The document instituting the proceedings has revealed that there are a lot of contentious issues in the case.
The prosecutor has called for unconditional imprisonment of the man.
