An unsuccessful attempt using petrol bomb was carried out on Saturday morning to burn down a refugee reception centre in Oulu.
The police have arrested five men aged between 20 and 24 years in suspicion of aggravated criminal mischief targeting the Heikinharju reception centre.
According to the police, the suspects attempted to ignite the petrol bomb; however, the bottle did not reach the wall of the building, landed down and went off by itself.
The police said the suspects have not revealed their motive.
