A base jumper made a daring leap from Torni Hotel in Tampere.

The jumper who was dressed as a cow posted the video of the stunt on a personal Facebook page on Friday morning.

The video shows another person on the roof of the hotel who is also dressed as a cow.

The manager of the hotel Mika Kankaanpää is currently investigating how the men made it to the hotel's roof.

Two previous base jumping had been executed from the hotel's roof. The base jumping during those instances were made from the top-most floor’s outdoor terrace.

However, it is no longer possible to jump from the outdoor terrace since after the first jump, a roofing structure was erected above the terrace.

“Normally, no one reaches the roof. It is a completely locked area,” Kankaanpää said.

Kankaanpää deems it theoretically possible that an outside route or maintenance route was used to reach the roof. The hotel manager considers the jump troubling.

“It poses safety risk to the jumpers themselves and outsiders. If something (goes) wrong during the jump, nothing can be done to control where (one) would fall,” Kankaanpää said.
