The national postal corporation Posti will combine the normal and priority classes mails for con-sumers, Posti sources said.
Beginning next year, letters posted within Finland will arrive within 1-2 days. The Post's two-tiered consumer level of post began in 2011.
Posti will announce new value stamps for consumer mail at the end of the year.
The current 1st and 2nd value stamps, however, will be valid after the reform, as the stamps' val-ue does not expire.
