The move to save the Social Welfare and Health care reforms (Sote reforms) bill continued and further initiative will be taken at the beginning of next week.
The Parliamentary Social Affairs and Health Committee on Friday evening decided to address the Sote issue.
The officials will continue with their preparations, and the Committee members will meet again on Monday afternoon.
According to Juha Rehula, the Chair of the Committee, the search for solutions which will see the reform meet the requirement of the Constitutional Law Committee will be sought in the next few days.
Rehula said that all options which have been presented are on the table. He admitted that the Committee is in a position where a serious solution will be attempted.
The schedule is very tight since the parliament will go to recess on 14 March.
Earlier, the Parliamentary Constitutional Law Committee on Thursday dubbed the Sote reforms proposal unconstitutional and recommended for bringing significant changes to the proposal.
