As a result, the original debt of 800 euros had been allegedly multiplied several times. The police suspect that the victim was beaten in the back room of the gang’s premises, and at time the amount of the debt to be repaid was multiplied to 10,000 euros. “In addition to debt repayment, there were beatings. The victim was forcefully told that his ear will be cut off and he will be shot on the knee,” said lead investigator Jukka Larkio. According to the police, one of the gang members forced the man to purchase a car valued at 23,000 euros on his behalf. Four of the suspects are behind the bars on suspicion of aggravated extortion, aggravated drug crimes and aggravated firearm crimes. All the suspects have denied the allegations. More News
